Community Gardening Multi-Page Website
This is a site about Community Gardening that I designed and built from scratch. I wrote all of the copy to fit the purpose of the site, and all of the artwork was hand drawn to bring the concepts and ideas to life. The home logo of Mother Nature was also designed and developed specifically for this site. Meaning & Inspiration
The Earth is a beautiful place so it wasn’t hard to find inspiration for this project. I chose a color palette that is full of soothing green tones with pops of vibrant pinks and yellows. Throughout the site, I illustrated plants as if they were growing onto the screen. The organic shapes in nature add contrast to the sharp, grid-like structure of a website. Taking this approach allowed me to create a friendly and inviting site that breaks down the basics of Community Gardening.
